Why we built Crowdseek
Recording a habit can help you keep doing it. The next question is usually whether it should stay, get easier or change. We start there. You name what you want back and why it matters. We build a small plan around that. Then you say what happened, and the plan changes instead of you having to. Bryn and Carys answer what you write, by name. They’re software, and we’d rather say so. Start with sleep. Movement opens next.
Start with your reason, freeYou can copy the action. You cannot copy the context.
Most of us try to change by borrowing what worked for someone else, or repeating what worked for us before. The action is easy to copy. The context isn’t. Your sleep, your work, your family, the time you have and what you already do all change what makes sense. That is why good advice so often doesn’t fit. So we start with your life, not with the advice.
What we’re building
Not a tracker, and not another programme. A way to work out what makes sense for you now, and what to do next when life gets in the way.
Crowdseek doesn’t ask you to change more. It helps you waste less change.
You name one thing that matters. You pick a next step small enough to keep on a bad week. You say what happened. The plan moves as your week does, and what you write gets answered rather than scored.
Where this came from
Frustration with apps that chase streaks and never connect to anything you actually wanted. Plenty of generic advice, plenty of logging, nothing to show for it.
So we built something that starts with your reason, offers a step that fits, keeps measuring optional, and answers what you write instead of scoring it. Miss a day and nothing breaks. You pick up where you left off.
