One morning they get you first.

A hallway at the end of the day. A school bag set down by the door, small shoes beside grown-up ones, and warm light coming from the kitchen.

The people who matter get what’s left of you. Not because you stopped caring. Because the day uses you up before you get home. Crowdseek starts with sleep so there’s something left.

Sound familiar?

You’ve got no patience left by the time you walk through the door. You snap at people you’d never want to snap at, and you hear it as it comes out. You’re too tired to play, and too tired to listen properly. Bedtime is something you get through rather than something you’re in. You apologise more than you used to.

None of that makes you a bad parent, or a bad partner. It usually makes you a tired one.

Choose what matters, build your plan and try the first thing. Free during beta. No card.

The line this usually comes down to

I’m not willing to keep being short with the people who least deserve it.

And two others that fit the same person:

I want the people who matter to get more than what’s left of me.

Being properly there matters more to me than getting to the end of my own list.

You still show up

You still get through. What they get is the leftover version. Patience gone. Phone out. The short answer to a question that deserved a longer one.

The person who least deserves it is usually the one standing in the kitchen.

If you wake in the night

Not once, in a bad patch. Most weeks, for months, long enough to stop mentioning it. That’s the bit the plan works on.

What you get back is the evening.

Tomorrow morning we’ll ask you one question

Was there a moment yesterday when you were properly there with them?

Yes or no. Nothing counts and nothing breaks. Then one line back, in your own words: you write a sentence about the night, and Carys or Bryn answers it, quoting what you wrote. They are part of Crowdseek, not real people.

And today’s plan, one clear focus with a few supporting actions, each with its time. 9:45pm, the phone goes to bed before you do. 6:45am, same wake time, every day. Take one off, the one that fits your life least.

Each check-in decides what stays and what, if anything, changes. That loop is the product. The plan is what it produces today.

The whole story, in eight lines

  • Built around your reason, not a score. The thing you named is on every card, every day.
  • One clear focus, with a few supporting actions. Six is the ceiling, it cannot grow, and you can take anything off.
  • One question each morning, in your words. Bryn or Carys answers it, quoting what you wrote. They are software, and we would rather say so.
  • Swap what doesn’t fit and say why. The plan changes. You don’t have to.
  • A bad week makes it smaller, not stricter. No streak, no counter, nothing to get back to.
  • A shorter version, where one exists. If an action has a smaller version, you’re offered that first.
  • What you write about your night stays on your device. We also keep your account details and the structured information needed to run your plan. Our privacy policy lists all of it.
  • Sleep first. That is what is open today.

You’ll see your whole plan before you create an account. Just the few things that actually get you back to the table. If you already own a tracker, here’s why they make tired people feel worse.

This is wellbeing support, not treatment, and it won’t diagnose anything. If something has been frightening you for weeks, please see a GP. That comes first and we’d say so.

Two taps and a sentence. The first thing on your plan happens today. Then you check in and decide what to keep.
